The location is incredibly safe, just steps from the subway and a massive mall. Nearby parks and restaurants provide great options for leisure and dining. ,
We had persistent air conditioning issues, leading to frequent room changes with no assistance from staff. Noise from events on the 6th floor disrupted our stay, especially with a child. ,

The staff were exceptionally courteous and provided prompt assistance when needed. The location was incredibly convenient with the subway just a short walk away, making exploring easy. I loved the city view from my room. it added a lovely backdrop to my stay. The room was comfortable overall, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities.

We loved the fun children's play area with a slide, jungle gym, and lots of toys to keep the kids entertained. The room decor was bright and appealing, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our kids were thrilled with the various themes throughout the hotel!
For dads, it would be great if the hotel improved the dining experience.
